Keep Calm Darling, It's Norma Jeane!

Hi there, my name is Aisling and this is simply a blog dedicated to the beautiful Norma Jeane Mortenson, also known as Marilyn Monroe! I've been a fan of Marilyn since I was a young child, although it is only in the last couple of years I have really began to pursue my interests in MM. I like to post extracts from books, videos, quotes, text and questions but mostly photographs of Marilyn which I like. Sometimes I edit pictures and make GIFs. 18 June 1958: This photograph, along with many others, were taken by Carl Perutz. Originally, they were meant for an article in LIFE magazine which never went ahead. The photographs were then lost and later, in the 1980s, were rediscovered in a warehouse in New York.
